Exports Results or Depth analysis (Social Listening)
This will be a great feature that will kill the competition and attract a wave of new customers. If you are already searching posts and generating results from the main social media channels, you could easily produce a depth report with: A dashboard overview with key metrics: the number of mentions of the keyword, users, locations, etc. Conversation analysis with a sentiment breakdown: to understand whether a post is positive or negative, allowing us to respond more effectively. Topic discovery and trend identification: to enhance search capabilities or explore other related keywords. Companies using the visualisation: we might find valuable insights here for B2B businesses. A sample insights panel with actionable recommendations, enabling us to create content based on these findings. HOW? If you cannot provide a report, at least allow us to download all the results from your scrape in a simple PDF or XLS file, so we can upload it to our AI models for depth analysis. This will be a killer feature for customer analysts and social media conversation insights.

Mark The Commented Out Posts.
When one will use BizReply to reply on a post, it should automatically mark the post (like a label or tag). If one will comment directly on a post without using BizReply, s/he should be able to mark it manually. It would be nice to have a separate tab or section where we can easily find all the posts we’ve commented on.

It would be very useful to know the number of likes, comments, and shares of each post at the time of fetching. I would not like to comment on posts with poor/ no engagement. The number of followers of the original poster also helps decide if we want to engage with their posts.

Location based mentions
Currently, its not really possible to limit mentions of a keyword just from a location based perspective. If its for a brand in the UK, who sells only in the UK, posts from the US or elsewhere are no good and a waste of mentions and time.

Really needs a way to be able to select multiple posts to skip in one go. I can see lots of mentions that arent relevant straight away and it is time consuming to go through one by one.

Real-time fetching + scraping the web, forums, blogs + Boolean search
Would love to be able to see mentions from all over the web, forums, blogs, etc. And have an option for real-time or 1 hour fetching. Maybe even add option for Boolean search!
