Set up Alerts

Problem: Currently we need to manually visit the platform in order to check for new mentions. Suggestion #1 (simple): To be able to set up “alerts” such as if any new new mention is found you can receive an alert (e.g. email alert) Suggestion #2 (more complex): To be able to set up “alerts” with conditions and specify such as if a new keyword X is found in the social media Y you can receive an alert (e.g. email alert) Suggestion #2 (most complex): To have webshooks or API such as if a new keyword is found (there is a new mention) a webhook is sent. This way we can integrate with things like Zapier, Make, Pabbly connect etc, and create our own notifications (notifications in Discord, Slack, SMS etc). Possibly this would allow to do even more complex things outside of Bizreply such as automate answering/replying etc.

Reply Back

I would like to see a feature that notifies the user when a person replies or comments back to the intial auto-generated reply created and allows the user to reply back. This would help increase engagement.

Real-time fetching + scraping the web, forums, blogs + Boolean search

Would love to be able to see mentions from all over the web, forums, blogs, etc. And have an option for real-time or 1 hour fetching. Maybe even add option for Boolean search!

Upload an image

It would be great if we could upload an image to each post or a video url etc. This would really add engagement.

Webhooks

A polite request to add webhooks so we can send mentions data to other apps like pabbly / zapier.

Customize the tracking of a specific forum

We can track whether there are topics mentioning the keywords we are monitoring on specific websites (most likely forums).

Location based mentions

Currently, its not really possible to limit mentions of a keyword just from a location based perspective. If its for a brand in the UK, who sells only in the UK, posts from the US or elsewhere are no good and a waste of mentions and time.

Create a post

It would be really cool if we could create a post and be able to upload it to all platforms, without having to individually go to each platform separately. Also have the ability to upload clickable links, images or videos.

DM Feature

Can you add a feature that triggers custom DMs or alerts based on typing specific keywords or comments? Similar to the feature in Manychat?

Show post data

It would be very useful to know the number of likes, comments, and shares of each post at the time of fetching. I would not like to comment on posts with poor/ no engagement. The number of followers of the original poster also helps decide if we want to engage with their posts.

Facebook Groups - Post Finding Integration

The possibility to find keywords inside of Facebook Groups, this would require the user to login through a facebook account that is a member of said facebook group.

Mobile optimization

I know creating an app is probably down the line or hard to do but is it possible to get bizreply optimized for mobile? Thanks

Bulk Skip

Really needs a way to be able to select multiple posts to skip in one go. I can see lots of mentions that arent relevant straight away and it is time consuming to go through one by one.
